I've been trying to sideload the 5.0 OTA files but it always aborts and says status 7 . I'm guessing its cause I have a old radio flash not 4.4.4 radio. Also when I get the 5.0 OTA will it Install or will I get this error again

if you sideload a android update do you also have to flash the radio and boot loader or does it do it for you?
