So Im using the Harmonia IHO rom (2.3) on my new Optimus V, but ive been frustrated to find that my phone constantly reboots whenever i mess the CPU settings even a little. I'm pretty much stuck at 600 mhz and it even reboots sometimes then...ugh. Any suggestions?

So I saw today that the RAZR and the Rezound are both probably going to get official ICS in the near future. My question is, where is lg in this whole process? When can we expect to see ICS? I returned the RAZR for the Spectrum and ill be pretty upset if I'm stuck waiting for ICS until September...
