    Root qpst crashed and locked phone

    So I have been working getting my friends EVO off boost and back to sprint. Like the title says qpst efs explorer crashed and now when I try to connect to the phone again it says: another application has locked this phone. Read only until the lock is removed. How can I get that lock off? Thanks!
