    Android OS consuming lot of battery even when device is idle.

    Android OS and System consuming around 23% - 45% battery at times making my battery low quick even when left idle.Any solution for this? My os is 4.1.2.What will happen if i sychronize my phone?

    Side silver border paint faded..

    My Samsung Galaxy Note I side silver border paint has faded to almost 50% & it looks weird with two colors (silver & black) :( I want to ask is the side border replaceable?Can i buy new silver side border from Samsung service center?
