Never done that. It won't boot up at all. Just gets to white 4g screen then shuts off and does it all over again. In hboot it I can't access recovery. I have sync installed. In device manager android phone does show up. And my phone charges

Have you ever sent a file from your pc to your phone???

so you cant get your phone up in a normal status at all?

Have you installed htc sync?

Have you looked at device manager yet.

does your phone reconise your charger?
