    Help Galaxy Y Front Lens?

    I was just wondering what the 2 littles lens are on the front of the phone, at the top to the right of the call speaker. I thought it might of been a front camera, an LED notifier/display or a torch, but I can't seem to find any settings for it. Are there any uses for it or even any apps...
