I tried that one too does the same thing. Ok so my only path now is a custom recovery. Is that the same thing that I normally would use on my non rooted phone to restore it. Only this is a custom one for rooted phones. I assume that they are different ones for each phone Thanks

That does not work either when I use your app the phone reboots to a red android and then just boots normally nothing has being reset

I tried that when I see the logo I let go and the phone just reboots again and starts normally

Hi guys I used Towelroot to root my phone awhile back. Its a Galaxy3. I want to reset to factory default but nothing happens when I use the default Backup and reset option. The phone reboots but it does not reset the phone. Any suggestions
