This will be the second time tech support has told me to reset to factory settings when phone sleeps I dont seem to be able to connect to my wifi.
So before I reset this time if I use Kies does this back up all setting for eg if I have a ring tone set for my daughter when she calls will this still be the case when I restore. Im hoping that the only thing that I have to do is download all my apps
