Hello. The program you use to deodex roms. Can it reodex them as well?

Downloads | APK Multi-Tool. I don't have a comp to run this thought you might be intererested in it. Also the Recievers each apk has might interest you. Apk seem to do more than we think. If you have RomToolBox look at startup manager view recievers especially the playstore Apk.
