do all chargers charge the same?? I have 2 micro usb chargers one that came with my phone and one from another.i notice that I can use my phone while its plugged in and still drain life with one charger even though the phone shows charging.anyone anyone bueller??

I have battery doctor and I charges it to 100 % while I slept. When it was done charging at like 5 am I unplugged charger.at 8 this morning after being on standby its now at 65 % and this is while I slept bring on afk. Wtf !!
