    Root how to make some free internal memory?

    ok so , i need to transfer part of my apps to sd card to make some space in the main internal memory. I don't know how to do this so i need some help, if anybody can tell me this...thanks in advance

    ....yesterday i install a bunch of apk and i realy don't know what is this?...is ok if is here or no?...i must deactivate?...and if is a must, i cand do this where ? thanks alot guys
