My new phone will launch apps and programs, will post new apps to install and start audible messages many times when I go out of a program or app.. I have scanned with antimalware and Nortons but that didn't help. Any suggestions

Did your download any apps recently? My mom downloaded a game and next thing her phone started to download other games and she had all these pop up ads everywhere. It was difficult, but I was able to find the culprit.

Maybe a few, but it all seemed to start when I purchased the new S-9 . They were not on my S-7, but when my agent at US Cellular transferred everything onto my new phone,I started having all sorts of trouble.

well try uninstalling apps one by one and see if you can find the app that is causing it. or if you think it is something else, you can launch the phone into safe mode. and see if things are just as crazy there as well.

I just went to US Cellular and they reset my phone. I think that fixed it.
