LG Stylo4 unlocked phone - Have checked before placing calls or texst. Phone has icon of phone and WiFi waves signifying I'm on WiFi. Notifications says "Make calls using WiFi" Mobile data turned off. Yet, each minute and each text gets deducted from my account anyway and will not send text with attachments.
Have had the runaround troubleshooting on the help lines. One suggestion was to change APN type in settings to - default,mms,supl - which I did, but now it wants other fields filled - APN and Name - what is the Tracfone NAME and APN to access utilization of WiFi calls and texting (including attachments) without deducting from my data balance?
