Caller ID issue for incoming calls

Just recently my husbands phone started showing phone numbers on caller ID instead of contact name? Canu you tell me how to switch this back to show Contact name instead of phone number.
 
it should be in your phone app setting. its the 3 dots top right i believe. i could be wrong as i do not have yiour specific device. but there should be show caller option
