Flash Lineage 1st, make a backup.
Reboot ,then access ODIN and install stock FW

bro im so done rn, all i had to do was restore my backup with TWRP thanks for the help everyone!

this explains how to use twrp. once you have a nandroid backup, you can then flash the stock rom.
