is this found in the notification bar at the top of the phone? if so you can go into settings>notifications>and see what app it is.

Then it's a very high probability (once it is seemingly on left side of status) that:

• It's a status notification advertising that it's running Google GO OS.
• A Google Go version (System) app is running..

I'm leaning more on the 1st one tho..
