Unlocking with facial recognition to home screen

Hi everyone,
every time I use facial recognition to unlock my phone, it then asked me to swipe up to unlock the home screen. Is there a way to use facial recognition to unlock right to the home screen and get rid of the swipe up step?

it should be something you can turn on and off under biometrics in your phone's settings. i have it on my note 8.
it has an option to "stay on lockscreen" with a toggle switch to turn in on or off
