ok for future reference if you ever want to root any device, head on over to XDA Developers which is a developers forum where developers share their goodies. when you are there, check to see if there is a forum for your specific device. next check to see how active the forum is. if there is no action then to me it is not worth rooting a device. just remember no dev=no fun
so i looked for you and your specific device does not have a forum. there is a forum for the nokia 5.1, but no plus. even if you have just the 5.1 device, it does not look like 1) there is a root method and 2) there is no dev activity to make it worth it.
