Favorite Apps Bar Locked

Favorites Bar suddenly frozen. None of the icons respond. If I drag an icon down it overlays what is already there.

None of the Icons on the favorites bar on my home screen work? They display but don't respond. The apps shortcut is now in the center of the bar and overlays another icon. If I add new icons they overlay what is there.

Restart doesn't help.

Try clearing the cache of your launcher (whatever that is called on an S10 - used to be Touchwiz Home, but they've been dropping the name Touchwiz).

not sure what you mean by favorites bar.......maybe try and delete it and start over.

A screenshot would help a lot.

It kind of sounds like a misconfigured launcher setting. Which launcher do you use? Third party, or stock with your device?
