Why is there a microphone icon in status bar ?

I have read some other forums about this issue but my problem was not solved. tono de llamada nokia
I have recently turned to Pie 9, with Samsung A8 smartphone. After this update a microphone icon is appearing and disappearing from status bar. What is this ? How can I disable it ?

have you rebooted your phone? try it in safe mode and see if it still happens. if it does then i would do a factory reset. sometimes updates can get screwed up on either on the download side or during installation.
