Android in Touchscreen

Hey! I have a touchscreen ELO4202L that I want to plug in an Android device in. I don't really know how it works. Is it the android tv device I need for this?

Can I buy a module for Android similliar as I would buy reqular computer, just using the outputs

im guessing you have to go thru them.........not really familiar with them though. i do not see why they would make it universal. it looks totally proprietary and you most likely will need to go them for the modules. looks like they have one for android and windows.
