it is not what you think. you have to be careful when reading system apps. sometimes they are named for, but mean something entirely different then what you think.

Oh my, my son is 14 so he doesnt have much money to steal! But there are alot of strange system apps coming up on his history that dont come up on mine.. Apk mirrors..

Apkmirror.com? That's a website, not an app. It's actually a safe (i.e. malware-free) site for finding old copies of apps as well as the latest ones (handy if an update is buggy or introduces things you don't want but you've already installed it, as the Play Store won't let you roll it back).
