So I wanted to use my PS4 (PlayStation®4) controller with my new Note 10+ so I connected it via Bluetooth as an input device, my note 10+ successfully connects to it but doesn't recognize the inputs that impressing.

For example.it works great on wired connection but even if I'm on not on wired the mouse icon should show whenever I use the touch pad this usually indicates my note 10+ is receiving input signals from my controller.

How do I fix this?

What protocol does the controller use?

There are some issues with BT 4.0 LE devices.

For example, I have a Microsoft Surface Arc Touch Mouse.

The Note sees it, claims to connect to it. But the mouse flashes basically saying error.

If I turn it off and on again, the Note then refuses to connect.

This isn't my post, but someone else has the same issue...

I wonder if your PS4 controller had the same protocol?

Possibly but I talked to Samsung about it and says hopefully the input device feature will be fixed in the next system software update
