Problem with location staying on.

Location is turned on on my phone, but my location is not acknowledged on Facebook and Instagram. It works for Google Maps and other apps. I have location turned on for facebook and instagram, but it still doesn't show my location.
Help!!!

have you tried clearing cache and even data for both apps?
