Secret conversations

I have a notification for a secret conversation, like the little blue dot next to it when I open my messenger. But when I click on it, theres no message. Just ' you added your galaxy s8+ ' 'you deleted your galaxy s8+ ' '(name of friend) added a new device' '(name of friend) deleted a new device' and it goes on and on about 9 or so times. Why am I seeing this??

Heres a picture of what I see. When I click on it, the blue dot goes away for a while. But then it comes back until I open it again but, no message.

I know that, but when I open the chat, there's no message. Then the blue bubble goes away for a while and then In a bit I'll have the new message bubble again
