How do I add the year to the clock that's on the lock screen?

you can't with stock. you can customize your lockscreen with a lock screen app. just curious as to why?

Which clock app is not an alarm but does show the year?

If you want that on your home screen the easiest way would be to use something like KWGT and make your own clock widget to your own design.

Can't help for the lockscreen though.
