Display image after boot on tablet

Hi

Is there an app that can display an image after boot? Users can close the image after seeing it. I would like to display warning notices or user instructions on tablet related hardware

you will need root the device and then replace the boot.img to what ever you want. there is no app unfortunately.

I don't mind the boot image being the same This is post boot. The image pops up first

there is nothing that i know of that you can program after the boot image other than your wallpaper. not sure how you could have something pop up right after boot and then disappear. it might be something you can develop if you want to create your own app, but i have never heard of anything like that.
