Samsung Tab A with S pen

Ok my tablet will not fully boot up. I've tried the holding power button and volume down button etc and it will reboot untill it gets to the word Samsung in center of screen where it gets bright and then fades and the gets bright again but will not move past this. Any suggestions to get it to fully turn on?

Have no idea. Turned it off last night and plugged it into the charger and then tried to turn it on this am and that's what it did.
