Rhythm Machine App?

i am ISO of an app that lets me create rhythm music to go with jazz chants that I use to teach English. The app must be able to synthesize a stringed bass, snare drum, hihat, and other percussion instruments. I need to be able to record it (remember) and be able to change the speed when I am playing it back. Any suggestions?

There's a few rhythm and drum machine apps in Google Play, can't recommend any particular one though, as it's not something I've ever used myself. I've only played with GarageBand on my Macbook a bit.

Jazz chants to teach English? Be interested to know how that's done, as I'm a middle school English teacher. I've seen rap been used to teach English.

Jazz chants and rap are probably very similar. If you google, you can find a number of examples. The purpose of both is likely the same - to help student speak in a more natural way.
