From 2011? Time for a new phone in my honest opinion
curious as to why you need to update the phone? if there is no update which you can check in your phone's settings, then there is no updates. you will not see any more updates as your phone is quite old now.
so again why do you need to update the phone?

I know he's in Android fryo witch in today's stardards has issues with html and app compatibility
But since there are no updates for that phone the options are:
1) Root and install a custom ROM. You'll find information here (I'm assuming this is the Verizon Droid Incredible 2 - don't use anything from there if it's a different model!). I don't know how much of that stuff is still available, or how good any of those ROMs are. The phone will still be more limited than a bottom of the line budget model today though, and the newest version there is still many years old.
2) Buy another phone. Which would be my advice.
