Help My P10 Device is not Working After Unlock

After I unlock my device using a fingerprint sensor I can swipe the home screen. But I can't open apps, navigate menus and also can't lock the phone. The screen can be turned off and can't do anything other than that. I tried to reset the device but it also fails. So can anyone help me to solve this problem?

what do you mean by this? how does the reset fails? or do you mean that after the reset, it failed to fix the issue?
