Help Map-based app shows blank map

Hello,

While Maps and other GPS/map-based apps work fine on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 phone running Android 9, one particular app shows a blank map.

Any idea what it could be?

you can try clearing cache and data for the app and see if that works. if that does not work, then you will have to contact the developer for that app.

@Winfried ...if you look at the reviews in Play Store, the app has had quite a few, mostly in French, which is not surprising as its function is Paris based, but the last two dated this month are in English and both report that the map is not displaying.

Are you in Paris, France, or somewhere else? Like Paris, Texas, USA, or Paris, Hangzhou, China.
