Pause/play from any tab

Note: This only applies to desktop Chrome right now.

Google has added a nifty tool that lets you pause (or play) media that's playing in a different tab. This is good for when you're hurriedly trying to find the tab playing the media file, in order to shut it up!

well boooo. it is currently not available for my pixelbook. but i will try this on my laptop when i get a chance tomorrow.

weird though that my pixelbook did not already have the latest chrome update. i just updated it last week.
