Amazon Prime can be done via a gift card, but you need to follow the below:

And of cause you don't need any card for Netflix, just ask a mate or family member to share their subscription with you.
Google Play Music subscription can also be done via a giftcard. Not sure if this will continue once is becomes YouTube music (or whatever it's going to be called)

Since it's virtually a must these days to have a card to do online shopping and payments with, I recommend you get an account with an online only bank at the very least.
Aside from my real bank account I also have an online account with Ally Bank(highly recommend them). It's free with no minimum deposit required and you'll have an account in minutes. There's a few ways to add funds to the account like wire transfers or screenshots of checks. You can even have someone write you a check and deposit it to your account with a screenshot.
These are good for keeping low funds in just for online shopping and payments while keeping the big bucks in your real account away from the online world.
As soon as you add at least $20 to your account they'll mail you your checkbook and debit card. I should mention that they're in fact a member FDIC bank.

Are you opposed to using debit/credit cards for some reason?
If not, and if you have a PayPal or Venmo account, you can get their debit cards.
