I'm not a Samsung expert, but can't you flash it from download mode (with a computer and some Samsung app or other, probably Odin)?
What exactly is the state of the phone ("bricked" is a term that different people use for different things, so is too imprecise to tell us much).

yeah more info is needed. what happened? how did the phone get into this state? is the phone rooted? if so, can you get into recovery?
