Cannot transfer from device to sd card

I suspect this has been asked before - if so apologies.

I have two S5 phones, both fully working.
On one, when I go to application manager and select an individual item - a window appears which give me the choice of moving that item to the SD card. (I am of course aware that not all items are movable)

On the second phone, when I highlight an individual item - a window appears but there is NO means of moving to SD - the choice does not appear.
I suspect that there is a setting that has been altered or missed somewhere?
Any help / tips would be appreciated

Having done a little more research - I now know that not all S5's are the same. Therefore it seems that my original question is virtually impossible to answer.

Thanks for coming back - if you re-read my original post, I did indicate "(I am of course aware that not all items are movable)"
However as a further clarification, the two phones do have differing programs (with some common ones of course)
