Weak screen

Has anyone had an issue with basic plastic rubbing on the screen damaging it? I have a wallet case, with my cards sticking out as i always have on my S5, S7 & S8, and got the exact same case for my 3 month old S10+. Is this normal? Or could it be replaced under warranty maybe?

do you have a screen protector? i never have used a wallet case before. if that is the screen, it should be covered by insurance. i do not think your warranty will replace it.
 
No i tried a screen protector but it wouldn't work well with my case sadly. Not many edge phones have screen protectors that work well with the likes of wallet cases i'm told.
 
Isn't that a factory installed screen protector? The note 10 plus has one. I don't believe the gorilla glass would show damage like that. I've read that some people have installed a screen protector over the top of the factory installed screen protector. Didn't work out at all. Just a possibility.
