No call waiting S9

I have galaxy S9 AT&T I can't figure how to turn on call waiting my settings do not look the same as what is described online

if it is like my verizon note 10+, you have it cooked in. if there is no setting, then it set by default. i have no idea how you can turn it off though. it might be different with att

Okay thanks I figured that might be the case but how the heck do you use it when I'm on the phone and another call comes in some things pop up on the screen say hold call talk to the other person but I never could get it to work

the hold option does not work? what happens?

I can't remember exactly but I try hitting the different options and nothing happens then I lose the call that I was talking to. Maybe I need to swipe the options instead of tapping the options I'll have to see what happens if I get a second call another time unless you have some basic instructions you can offer
