well it could be one of two things, either a software or hardware issue.
software:
1. try putting it in safe mode. this will prevent any third party apps from running. it will allow you to see if any apps is the culprit with your issue.
2. if it is still doing it, then you can try a factory reset.....keep in mind this will delete any data so backup accordingly.
3. or go to your carrier and see if they can find and fix the issue.
if the above is happening after trying the software options (1 & 2), then it might be a hardware issue
hardware:
1. take it in for repairs

3. if you have insurance, take it to your carrier to either get fixed or replaced.
