Apple user who just got a used Note 5 and don't know how long the battery is supposed to last. But it won't go a full day so I'm guessing it has to be replaced. I don't know how to check if that's the case on my phone. Just learning Android and don't know where to find it. I don't have Smart Manager and don't want it after reading an article someone here recommended.

Battery replacement?

well the note 5 does not have a removable battery so you will either have to have a professional do it or if you are dyi kind of person you can go to Ifixit Samsung Galaxy Note5 Battery Replacement Guide
they also sell parts and the tools needed.
