Data transfer

im trying to transfer data from my iPhone to my new Samsung A50 using smart switch and WiFi. Only the contacts have transferred, no photos videos or apps... gets to 86% and doesn’t move from that..
Can anyone help?

how long does it stay on 86%? if you can, maybe reboot your router.

Just stays there until I give up.. hours!! .. it also did it in carphone warehouse on their WiFi..

do you have enough storage space for your pictures and videos? do you have an sd card? if so is it formatted?
