I believe my x is ir has hacked my fb account and my phone had a log in on my Google history from Springfield ms. When I was in ks I had the same phone login from Iowa. I was able to get the IP address
Found a site where you could put the IP address in and if would tell you who owed the ip adress.
Well it turned out to be a domin that had Myspace HoyJammn64 and it was a Verizon
It also mentioned port mirroring, pocket switch, stackable switch.
It had ns1.vzwdomain.com
NS2.VZW.DOMAIN.COM

Unfortunate you had an abusive relationship. Im not an expert in phone tracking or hacking someone else's accounts. I hack, mod and port my own phone threw root access. I can only say, you should start by changing all your passwords of all your accounts immediately. If you also think your phone has been compromised with a tracking app then I suggest a complete factory reset. Wipe all data. Be aware of FRP lock (factory reset protection). If you change your Google password make sure you remember it before factory reset or youll be locked out and your phone will not work unless you remember the exact Googke sccout. A superuser is an administrator account (which would be called root in android).

ok well if it is your fb that was hacked, why not just change your password? or maybe start a new fb account?
i would also look into changing your password for google as well just as a precaution.
