how to fix mobile network not available

You must be within range of a WiFi network to connect to it, and have WiFi turned on.
To turn WiFi on using an Android cell phone:
Open the Menu and press Settings.
Select Wireless and Networks.
Select WiFi settings.
Press Turn WiFi On.
Look for a wireless network to use and select it
Enter the password (if it's secured)
