Hello,

What is the Google account backup vs Samsung account backup differences?

Is using either one enough?

How to schedule auto daily backup?

How do you guys deal with this problem "Google Will Delete Your Backup If You Haven't Used Your Android Phone in 60 Days"? source https://lifehacker.com/google-will-delete-your-backup-if-you-havent-used-your-1816363955 https://www.reddit.com/r/Android/comments/6zvhe2/psa_google_will_delete_your_android_backup_if_you/
If I lost my phone or if my phone is faulty for 60 days, it seems like I would lose my google backup, any better solutions to prevent the backup from deleted?

Thanks

you can also backup with samsung smart switch and save it on your pc.

the difference between the two is just that. one backups everything tied to your google or samsung acct.

i just have google account set to auto sync, never really looked into backing my stuff tbh. i never had any issues with losing content.

Can't really comment about Samsung or Google backup, as I don't use either.

But I'm thinking if you can go without a phone for 60 days, 2 months. Do you actually need a phone at all?

I have mentioned "If I lost my phone or if my phone is faulty for 60 days", I am preparing for worst case scenario. It is possible that I lose my phone and someone return it 60 days later and while searching for the phone I use an old spare phone S4 that I am unable to restore backup due android version too old. That guy in the example sold his phone and used an iphone for over 60 days and lost all backup when he wanted to use android phone again.
