Call Management has stopped

Is anyone else experiencing the error Call Management has stopped when making or receiving a call? I have tried clearing all the caches and data from the call related apps to no avail. Effectively, the phone can not be used as a phone.

maybe do a factory reset. it should fix it. if it does not, then contact your carrier or wherever you bought the phone to see if it can be fixed or replaced.
