Maybe they mean unlock the app, i.e. bypass some in-app purchase? Though that would be a breach of the forum rules, so hopefully not.
Out of curiosity I looked up the app, and it has "scam" written all over it. It has an average play store review score of 4.1, but every last one of the first couple of pages of "most relevant" reviews was saying things like "scam", "they want to charge a small fortune to actually use it to communicate" and "full of fake profiles to suck people into paying but no real people on it" (it's a dating app). Which is the sort of thing that makes me extremely suspicious of the 300,000-odd 5-star reviews it has (and it's odd how the 1 star reviews are generally quite long, explaining what's wrong, while the 5-star ones are extremely short and content-free). A shame the Play Store is very limited in the statistics or sorting criterial it allows for reviews, as I suspect there's a pattern here if they'd let you look for it. For that matter, a shame that Google aren't a bit more proactive on stuff like this, though I suppose they get a cut of any IAPs so have incentives not to look too closely.
So, if the OP has a genuine question about this app, my advice is to uninstall it. If the purpose of the post is to promote the app in some way, my advice to anyone else reading this thread is not to install it in the first place
