Radio.com or any music player shuts off

1. restarted phone.
2. Allowed permission for app to work in background
3. Turn off kill app in background
4. Samsung headphone are update.

What is the damn issue? I am really upset with android. I never had this issue on the galaxy 7. I have the notes plus. Never been so dissatisfied with my android products. Change rating from 9 to a 2. One of my main uses on the phone.

Try force stop, clear cache and then restart.

just reading the reviews for radio.com app on the play store and it looks like you are not the only one having issues with it pausing. the developers keeps suggesting to contact them at support@radio.com. but i noticed that each time they reply they have a different reference number so you might want to post your issue directly on https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.radiocom. it looks like the support team is pretty quick to reply.

now as far as other music apps go if what @MrJavi does not work, i have a few questions. which apps are doing this besides radio.com? when does it shut off? randomly? how long before does it do this?

1. Go to settings
2. Search for battery optimization
3. Select it
4. Select the all apps option
5. Find radio.com
6. Select it
7. Turn optimization OFF
8. Let us know what happens

The battery optimization was my first guess.

But if other people are having the same issue with the same app, then that may not be the solution.

Try RadioDroid, and be sure to turn off battery optimization for it, too.
