Help S21 plus no data during calls

Hi

im on the latest version of android which also has samsung UI4

i currently have two sims in my phone and when making a call i cannot get data ive checked settings and VoltE is enabled for both sims but still no data coming through

any help please

What kind of data are we talking about? Downloading? Or the Internet? Pictures? Texting?

just internet browsing, emails etc when chatting on the phone

Have you talked to your provider about this. It's most likely something on there end. Or it could possibly be your sim card.

I've read about this a few times on AF, and it's apparently when a carrier netowrk doesn't support VoLTE with certain phones, and so it's using a 3G CDMA network for the calls. CDMA/EV-DO doesn't allow simultaneous calls and data AFAIK.

Are you in the US and is your carrier Verizon, or something? And what exact variant of the S21 have you got there. Was it imported, as you said you have two SIMs in your phone? AFAIK dual-SIM phones aren't usually sold in the US
