Help bootloop!! Blackview a7 Pro

After i Unlocked blackview a7 pro it got into a boot loop where it says orange state etc
How can i fix This?

It says "orange state, etc"..... Not familiar with this. what comes after orange state? what does it say exactly? how did you unlock the phone? are we talking about unlocking the bootloader? or carrier unlocking the device?
