Please help me get it back to regular mode!! When phone was given to me from a friend it. Was and still is stuck in factory binary mode....WHAT DO I DO

can you boot into download mode?
https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-j700f-galaxy-j7/download-mode/
if you can get to download mode, you can then use odin to flash a firmware update.
go here to get your firmware:
https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
make sure you download the correct firmware for your phone. they are very soecific and flashing the wrong update could brick the phone.
instructions as to to use odin will be on the download page from sammobile.
